SIgn of the Times

Details of “Sign of the Times” being installed in Fort Greene, Brooklyn on site where Floyd “Fly Ty” Quinones was killed by police, 5 days earlier in April 2003. People in the neighborhood loved the project while it lasted and many asked for “Danger Police in Area” stickers.  The work remained on view for 8 hours and was then removed by the police under the cover of darkness.
